glassshard:

artbooksnat:

Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo (巌窟王) original storyboard art excerpts illustrated by director and original character designer Mahiro Maeda (前田真宏). The boards shown here were drawn for the promotional trailer introducing the anime series and were included in the Gankutsuou Production Book Curtain Call.

Please read the three volume Gankutsuou manga drawn by Maeda, it is superb.

snubpollard:

Incidentally, Wild 7 is about criminals who are recruited to be cops so as to murder other criminals because the rule of law is a sissy lie, grow up! Mochizuki has done variations on the concept for over forty years, but only six volumes’ worth of material have ever been legitimately released in English - by ComicsOne, back in the early ’00s. Most people just remember the anime OVA from 1994-95.
